The Car People is a brand we’ve help nurture for a long time. Four years ago, we set on a new brand campaign that completely altered the creative route. The Car People continues to reinvent the car buying should be, and the creative, led by Martyn, has evolved alongside it finding new ways to communicate the distinct advantages to potential customers.

When customers feel a genuine bond with your brand, it seems only right to reward them for their loyalty with a programme of benefits and discounts. Working closely with the client, we developed Friends, a free loyalty scheme for customers of The Car People.

As The Car People brand has developed over the years, as has the advertising. The most recent TV ads are the most advanced CGI we’ve used so far, and the messaging broadened to introduce a whole new set of characters – each one representing a one of the brand’s key benefits.
