We have been shortlisted…
We’re pleased to share the news that once again we’ve been shortlisted for the MCA Awards, with the big night set for April.
This year, we entered the Customer Engagement category for our work with The Car People (TCP), a client we’ve been working with for more than 10 years. Together, we’ve achieved exceptional results, and along the way won an MCA award for Marketing in 2008.
This time around, we’ve entered the Customer Engagement category for a project to re-engage customers in a post-recession environment, based on insights we gathered during a business audit.
The resulting strategic recommendations led to a series of initiatives, which after successful implementation and continued business support, resulted in TCP returning to significant growth in profit and turnover today. They have also helped to build an enviable database of highly engaged customers, which together forms the platform for continued future growth.
The awards ceremony will be held on the 21st of April 2016, when we will find out if we have won our 13th. MCA award.
