Responsibilities

As a Social Media Account Executive, your responsibilities extend beyond client satisfaction to include accountability to your line manager and the broader senior management team at Propaganda.

Your role involves hands-on, day-to-day management of a social media accounts, coupled with proactive strategic thinking to ensure the success of our work for clients, whether it’s for social media or elsewhere.


Deliverables

  • Take charge of day-to-day social media accounts in line with an agreed organic social media strategy – coordinating, creating and scheduling content, and running community management tasks.
  • Manage paid social media accounts daily to achieve client KPIs. Provide commercial analysis and make effective and data-based decisions with a client’s budget.
  • Propose socially-focused ideas for new campaigns, initatives and mechanisms.
  • Brief the Studio team for social media assets across a range of platforms.
  • Find and source influencers, communicating with them and briefing on posting requirements.
  • Optimise media budgets to maximise client returns and/or ROAS.
  • Think creatively about existing campaigns and how they might translate into social campaigns to achieve client KPIs.
  • Create and present monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop supportive and effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
