Gloworm Drinks has broken into Belfast with a bang, launching at the beautiful Galgorm Hotel & Spa on Thursday 19th June. Celebrating the launch at the Galgorm’s new gin room – The River Room – was the perfect pairing for Gloworm and provided a great opportunity to introduce Northern Ireland to this premium mixer.
The Galgorm Hotel & Spa is not only stocking Gloworm but is serving its own Gloworm cocktail – The Galgorm Glo – made exclusively for the hotel by Gloworm mixologist Adam Findlay.
Including a delicious mix of Beefeater Gin, Crème De Mure, Chambord, fresh blackberries and Raspberry & Orris Gloworm, The Galgorm Glo was a hit at the launch night. Enjoyed with canapés created exclusively for the event by the Galgorm chefs to compliment the cocktails, guests tucked into cured Rathlin Island Scallops and Cured Mackerel Tartare, Goats Cheese Blinis and Duck Liver Pate Tartlets.
Events are being planned across Northern Ireland following The Galgorm Hotel launch and we look forward to further success on the Emerald Isle, bringing a little bit of Glo as we go.
