Vacancy: Account Director

Are you a Client Services pro ready for more?

We’re looking for a well-formed client services professional who’s ready to move onto the next level by joining our brand strategy and creative consultancy team. Whether you’re currently a Senior Account Manager, or already an AD – you’ll be able to articulate a firmly reasoned point of view, and confident to make clear client recommendations.

You’ll have a passion for the creative output, but recognise that it must deliver bottom-line client results. As such, you’ll understand that the best way to retain and expand client relationships is by helping them achieve their business ambitions.

Authoring marketing plans for review and challenge, you’ll ensure flawless delivery, and quickly pick up the strategic lead on your accounts.

We believe that working here across a range of sectors from B2C and B2B channels will keep your thinking fresh and ideas interesting. Experience of multi-channel strategies (e.g. trade, distributor, end-user) to positively change perceptions, awareness, and sales will be an advantage. Digital will naturally be an essential element, so strong understanding and experience in these channels will be required.

You’ll be coupled with a Propaganda board-level strategic sponsor and supported by an award-winning insight and planning-led approach.

Based in our Leeds office, you’ll be happy to work with clients in their offices around the UK – therefore a full driving license is preferred.

Salary dependent on experience.
