Our Brand Health research confirmed that Clipper’s workforce would be an integral element in sustaining the business’ growth. This culminated in the insight that not only recruitment, but a system to retain and invest in workers would be paramount in driving Clipper’s growth and preparing the business for the challenges that Brexit and changing expectations will bring.
Our recommendation was to address the need to retain and grow talent by developing an internal brand programme, ‘Team Clipper’ ensuring Clipper stood out as an employer that wasn’t just offering a job but a career opportunity with real chances for progression.
