Global marketing company, dunnhumby has appointed creative and strategic agency Propaganda, to create its new graduate recruitment campaign. dunnhumby approached Propaganda having successfully worked on a previous graduate campaign together.
dunnhumby attracts the brightest graduates to apply their intellect, vitality and pragmatism to influence the future success of companies such as Tesco, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Nestlé. The new campaign targets exceptional graduates in their last year at university, and comprises a microsite, posters and social networking initiatives. It will build upon existing ad hoc activity that focuses on interns visiting their former universities and presenting life at dunnhumby to under-graduates.
Francesca Peters, global HR director at dunnhumby, explained: "Once people join dunnhumby, they can expect a rapid career path with broadening assignments, opportunities and international postings. We have a workforce of over 800 and in our recent staff survey, over 85% of people said they loved working at dunnhumby and would recommend the company to their friends."
She continued: "Given our rapid global expansion, we need to accelerate the number of top graduates coming through our door. We know from experience that once they arrive for the open day, they are excited about the prospect of working here. Our approach has led to the company being ranked amongst The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For two years running."
