FMG Support, the UK's leading independent fleet performance improvement company has launched a new internal innovation programme called ‘Think Tank', to identify customer-centric opportunities and drive new product and service development.
Think Tank is based on a methodology developed by Propaganda to help clients develop innovation and R&D programmes to drive growth and profitability. The process enables clients to act as a sounding board for ideas generated by an internal team of employees from across the business, generating ownership and strategic accountability for product and service development. It provides clients like FMG Support with the foundation to build better relationships with their customers, engaging in dialogue that is focused on providing validated solutions to some of the issues that they may have. These ideas are then developed, tested, shaped and presented to customers prior to launch, enhancing the probability of success on implementation.
Think Tank, is an extension of the internal branding work "Think Again' that has been recently developed to enhance commitment and ownership from employees and to get them actively involved in the strategic development and growth of the business.
Craig Harrold, client services director, Propaganda, commented:
"Think Tank gives the innovation and product development process a real identity and the appropriate strategic recognition that is needed for it to succeed. It perfectly embodies FMG Support's values of pride, intelligence and determination, and gets employees from all levels and areas within the business actively involved in driving customer relationships based on providing validated solutions to the issues that they have. Programmes like Think Tank, and Think Again continue to build equity into FMG Support's brand and delivers against its reputation as the most advanced, forward thinking and customer-driven company within the fleet industry."
