Julian Horberry

Planning Director

Julian joined Propaganda in 2004 and is part of the successful management buy-out team of 2006.

Prior to Propaganda Julian spent fifteen years in London working in respected consumer research and advertising agencies including Bates Worldwide, EHSBrann and global number-one research agency TNS (formerly Taylor Nelson Sofres). During his time in London he worked with numerous blue-chip clients across a variety of sectors including Britvic, Kellogg's, Sainsbury, Tesco, Procter & Gamble, Sky and Royal Mail.
At Propaganda he was appointed Planning Director in 2005, assuming planning responsibility for the agency. Julian is keen to ensure that clients benefit commercially from the rigorous planning processes that have been developed at Propaganda, driving brand strategy and informing sustainable business recommendations.

Julian was recently named Marketing Consultant of the Year in the MCA Consultant of the Year Awards 2009, in association with The Times.
